Player Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the full legal agreement between you and a baji. By creating an account or placing any wager on the a baji platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before using our services.
Using a baji constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or place any wager on the platform.
a baji is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Underage accounts are closed immediately.
All deposits and withdrawals at a baji are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported Bangladesh bank transfers.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements detailed in each offer's individual terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before requirements are met.
Each player is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses without prior notice.
a baji reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the a baji platform, including the website at a-baji.com, any associated mobile applications, and all products and services offered therein, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, Pool Rummy, and Lottery. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and a baji ("the Operator", "we", "us", "our").
By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the a baji platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all cases of dispute or interpretation. Where translated versions exist for informational convenience, the English text is the governing document.
Updates to These Terms: a baji may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of a baji following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and a baji. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.
Age Restriction & Eligibility
18+ Strictly Enforced: a baji operates exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on this platform. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and all funds handled in accordance with applicable policy.
To be eligible to open and maintain an a baji account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming activity of this nature is not explicitly prohibited by local law as it applies to you personally.
- You are not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that specifically prohibits online gambling services or the particular games offered by a baji.
- You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order imposed by a baji or any other gaming operator.
- You are of sound mental capacity and are registering of your own free will, not under duress or undue influence.
a baji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh government, a valid passport, or another government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified in the request will result in account suspension pending verification.
Where a baji has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately and all pending transactions frozen pending verification. a baji does not direct marketing materials at individuals under 18 and takes all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing its services.
Account Registration & Verification
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) a baji account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The information you supply at registration must match the identity documents you will later provide during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Any material discrepancy between registration details and supporting documents may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential at all times.
- All activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.
- Notifying a baji support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring your registered email address and Bangladesh mobile number remain current and accessible at all times.
KYC Verification is a mandatory one-time process required before your first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours under normal operating conditions. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified period following a withdrawal request may have the withdrawal placed on hold until verification is completed.
Two-Factor Authentication: a baji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA sends a one-time PIN to your registered Bangladesh mobile number, providing a second layer of security against unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the a baji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). a baji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any conversion required is the player's responsibility and will be subject to exchange rate conditions outside a baji's control.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your a baji wallet within minutes of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1–3 business hours. a baji is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the player's issuing institution.
Withdrawal Policy:
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for fully verified accounts using bKash or Nagad.
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving institution.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
- Withdrawal requests made during peak load periods (e.g., major BPL or IPL match nights) may experience short additional processing delays. Our team operates 24/7 to minimise any such delays.
a baji reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Such checks are conducted in the interest of player security and platform integrity and are not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the requesting player.
No Third-Party Transactions: Depositing from a payment account not registered in your own name is strictly forbidden. Any such transactions identified by our compliance team will be reversed and the account investigated. Players must use their own bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank accounts at all times.
Bonuses & Promotions
a baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These include but are not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms published with each individual offer.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet; live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%); sports bets must meet minimum odds requirements as specified per promotion. Specific game exclusions will be listed in individual bonus terms.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free bets expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe stated in the offer (commonly 7 to 30 days). Expired bonus balances are removed from the account automatically.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus offer may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
- Abuse Prevention: Bonus offers are intended for genuine recreational players. a baji reserves the right to decline, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to guarantee profit, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage with the platform in good faith.
Players who do not wish to accept a bonus may opt out at the time of deposit. Once a bonus has been credited and wagering has commenced, it cannot be declined retroactively. a baji's decision on bonus eligibility is final.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the a baji platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, Pool Rummy, Lottery). Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or market before wagering. The following general betting rules apply across all products:
- Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed and assigned a unique bet reference number. Bets placed verbally, via support chat, or by any means other than the standard platform interface are not accepted.
- Errors & Misquotes: In the event of a manifest error in published odds, pricing, or game parameters (including but not limited to technical glitches, incorrect odds feeds, or software errors), a baji reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This applies equally to bets that have already been settled prior to the error being identified.
- Maximum Payout Limits: a baji applies maximum single-event and single-session payout limits. These limits are product-specific and are displayed within each game or market. Winnings exceeding applicable limits will be settled at the stated maximum, with the excess forfeited. Players are advised to review applicable limits before placing high-value bets.
- Match Result Disputes: For sports betting markets, official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, BPL match officials) are used to settle markets. In the event of a dispute, a baji's decision — informed by the official result — is final.
- Responsible Use of Live Betting: In-play betting markets operate under accelerated time constraints. Players are advised to review current odds carefully before confirming any in-play wager, as odds may shift significantly within seconds. a baji accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error during live markets.
Game-specific rules for live casino titles (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti Live, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger), slots, Pool Rummy, and Lottery products are published within each game's information panel and are subject to the rules of the respective game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe).
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
Players using the a baji platform agree to conduct themselves in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful to other players and a baji staff. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
- Fraud & Deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, impersonating another person, or attempting to deceive a baji's support or compliance teams in any way.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in Pool Rummy tournaments, live casino games, or sports betting markets through shared information.
- System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the a baji platform. Any winnings obtained through known or suspected exploits will be voided. Players who identify a legitimate bug are encouraged to report it to support.
- Money Laundering: Using the a baji platform as a vehicle for laundering proceeds of crime or channelling funds through the platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gaming.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play. All gameplay must be conducted personally by the registered account holder.
- VPN & Proxy Use: Deliberately masking your geographic location using VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent a baji's eligibility criteria or regional restrictions.
- Abusive Behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or abusing a baji staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
a baji employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, a baji reserves the right to void relevant bets, withhold or reverse withdrawals pending investigation, suspend the account indefinitely, and share information with relevant authorities where legally required.
Account Suspension & Closure
a baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
- Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below).
- At the request of the player for self-exclusion or voluntary closure.
- Where continued operation of the account would expose a baji to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Player-Requested Closure: Players who wish to close their a baji account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, a baji will process any outstanding withdrawal of the verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) within 5 business days. Dormant Account Policy: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wager). a baji will notify the registered email address prior to applying dormancy status. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will have an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month deducted until the balance is exhausted or the player reactivates their account. Reactivation is possible by simply logging in and completing any pending KYC requirements.
Closure Due to Breach: Where a baji closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance — real money and bonus combined — may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is confirmed, funds may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities. a baji is not liable for any consequential losses arising from account suspension or closure in these circumstances.
